I enjoyed my time on the Cabot Trail. I wanted to explore the trail more, but my vacation was coming to an end. There are a lot of observation areas at the top of the mountains. This picture was taken from one of them. For the drive home, I decided to take a direction I had never explored on the trail. I left the Inn at 10:30AM and the temperature was 3C (37F). read more

It is a 1 hour and 40 minute drive from the city of Halifax. It is a beautiful drive when you get closer to the park when you drive on North Mountain and see Minas Basin. read more

Victoria Park is a beautiful park with two waterfalls named Joseph Howe Falls and Waddell Falls, located in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada. I learned about this park from a coworker during the spring of 2013. The park is a one hour drive from the city of Halifax. read more
